The right live heat pressing setup starts with the line, not the machine. Decide where guests enter, where they choose the art, where the crew produces the item, and where finished merch leaves the table.

Choose products that match the method

shirts, hoodies, jerseys, totes, hats, patches can all work, but the event should focus on a small menu that can be produced cleanly.

Give artwork time

transfer prep, blank staging, press settings, cooling and QC should happen before the venue load-in whenever possible.
